WHAT I DO

3 Ways to Bring Me In

#1
Fractional Transformation & Marketing Leader

As a fractional leader, I own outcomes, not just plans. I plug into your leadership team, set the cadence, coach your people, and leave behind a team that can sustain the change without me.

#2
Project-Based Consultant

Bring me in to strengthen a specific engagement: assess a marketing or operations team, design a change management plan, train leaders and teams, or rescue a stalled initiative. I ramp up quickly and deliver clear artifacts—roadmaps, playbooks, training, and measurable adoption—within a defined scope, timeline, and budget.

#3
Full-Time Transformation or Marketing Leader

When the change is big enough to need a permanent owner, I join as an employee to lead it from the inside. I bring founder-level ownership, plus hands-on experience aligning executives, redesigning workflows, and turning strategy into daily habits for teams.

HOW I MEASURE IT

Value, Speed & People

Is the work tied to what the business is betting on?

I start with strategic prioritization and a clear way to say no to everything else. Teams stop being order-takers and start working on the highest-value work first.

Measured by: Clearly identified Objectives & Key Results (OKRs).

Value

How long from idea to something a customer sees?

Smaller batches, cross-functional teams, and short review cycles shrink the time it takes to deliver work. Effort goes where it counts instead of polishing work no one asked to be perfect.

Measured by: Value Stream Mapping & Cycle Time metrics.

Speed

Will the change hold when the consultants leave?

Most transformations fail on adoption, not design. I build awareness and desire before the mechanics, coach leaders to lead differently, and hand the system to internal owners.

Measured by: Establishing adoption timelines and expected behaviors

CASE STUDIES

Before, Shift & After

CASE 1

MetLife uses agile marketing to unleash pet insurance sales

BEFORE

Teams were disconnected from business goals and customers, and slow processes and siloed teams delayed marketing campaign delivery.

SHIFT

Assembling cross-functional pods across Marketing, Data, and IT fostered collaboration around key business goals and aligned everyone to move quickly in the same direction. This engagement also included training, coaching, and playbooks to help teams roll out the framework beyond the U.S. market.

AFTER

Empowered teams and rapid delivery of valuable marketing campaigns that resonated with pet insurance customers became the standard way of working across this large enterprise.

Before, Shift & After

CASE 2

Turning a healthcare marketing department into a rapid-response team during COVID-19

BEFORE

Siloed teams, long request queues, and a culture of over-polishing. A tactic that should have taken a few days took several weeks.

SHIFT

Started by training the department, then launched a pilot team early in the pandemic. Certified the entire department, formed cross-functional teams, and prioritized work strategically.

AFTER

During the pandemic, the marketing team used rapid-response techniques to pivot marketing messages daily. Within two years, all marketers transitioned to a new, more agile way of working. Messaging pivoted in real time based on customer sentiment. Stacey and Kaycee, the CMO, shared the success story with the media.

  • "Stacey is a strong, principled Agile practitioner who understands how an organization's mindset must shift in order to fully receive the benefits associated with implementing an Agile method. She asks outstanding questions, listens intently as they are answered and is able to work collaboratively with others to help bring about this shift.

    —Mike Stuedemann

  • Stacey helped my company through a difficult transitional period. There seemed to be no challenge she couldn't help resolve- how do we incorporate Agile with clients who aren't familiar with it? We are currently undergoing a merger, how can we preserve our team structure? She educated everyone from developers to sales on how to effectively use Agile, and weaned us off bad habits we'd developed in our misunderstanding of scrum. She was infinitely patient and dealt well with resistant personalities, turning challengers into key supporters. Her support was invaluable.

    — Anne McNally

  • Stacey hired me to work with her clients, and I heard nothing but great things about her. As a business owner, she is always finding ways to adapt, learn, and continuously improve. I admire her versatility and creativity, while still delivering impactful, practical solutions.
